Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eazyrankseo.com (the “Site”) or engaging EazyRankSEO (“we,” “us,” “our”) for SEO, Local SEO, AI SEO, or web design services (the “Services”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

These Terms, together with any signed proposal, order form, or service agreement, and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Results Disclaimer, form the complete agreement between you and EazyRankSEO regarding use of the Site and Services.

2. Services Provided

EazyRankSEO provides SEO, Local SEO, AI SEO, and web design services as described on our services pages, delivered under fixed-price packages or a custom plan agreed with the client in advance. Full package details and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for a given engagement are as set out in the applicable proposal or order confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information
• Provide timely access to relevant accounts (such as a website, Google Business Profile, hosting, or analytics platforms)
• Provide prompt feedback and approvals during the review stages of a project
• Ensure they have the legal right to grant us access to any account, content, or asset shared with us
• Comply with applicable laws in the operation of their business and website

Delays in providing access, information, or feedback may extend project timelines, and EazyRankSEO is not responsible for delays caused by client non-responsiveness.

4. Payment Terms

Packages are billed with a setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, or as agreed under a custom plan. All prices are listed in Saudi riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the schedule agreed at the start of the engagement.

EazyRankSEO does not lock clients into long-term contracts; packages run month to month and may be cancelled as described in our Refund Policy. Continued access to active Services is contingent on payments remaining current. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought current.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project, including website designs, written content, and custom graphics produced under their package.

EazyRankSEO retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, processes, templates, or proprietary methodologies used to deliver the Services, and retains the right to showcase completed work — including before-and-after results and general project descriptions — in our portfolio and case studies, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

6. No Guaranteed Results

SEO and search engine rankings depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. EazyRankSEO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, conversions, or timelines. See our full Results Disclaimer for details.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyRankSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services, including loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EazyRankSEO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of a third party’s rights through materials you provide to us.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government action, or other events of force majeure.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in line with the cancellation terms of the applicable package. EazyRankSEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, misuse of our Services, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees incurred up to the effective termination date.

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services through good-faith direct discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, either party may pursue resolution through the courts specified in the Governing Law section above.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed proposal or order confirmation and our other published policies, constitute the entire agreement between the client and EazyRankSEO regarding use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
